KPI to command each phases

Contrary to ERPs, CLUSTRIA is only concerned with nonrecurring processes. There are fundamental processes ( plans, data sheets…) that are improved through experience, and marginal processes (nonconformity, customer returns,…) due to the unexpected events on which mitigation plans are drawn.

First of all, the fundamental variables must be determined (time, cost, mass, quality…) allowing the follow-up on each process at every cross-section of the product structure. Then to identify the risks and evaluate the deviation of these variables in each process.

Consequently, contracts are structured on baselines that allow the measurement of deviations (deltas) in each phase throughout the life of the product. The calculation of consolidated deviations linked to the product’s structure enable comprehensive real-time status updates of the configuration and product, particularly at the time of delivery.
